By creating an account or using IRONLOG ("the app," "we," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
IRONLOG is a fitness tracking tool, not a medical device or medical service. Calorie estimates, calculators (TDEE, 1RM, strength standards, etc.), and analytics provided by the app are estimates based on general formulas and the data you enter — they are not personalized medical, nutritional, or fitness advice.
Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program, changing your diet significantly, or if you have any pre-existing health conditions. You use IRONLOG's suggestions, insights, and calculators at your own discretion and risk.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You own the data you enter into IRONLOG (workouts, weight logs, nutrition entries, etc.). We only use it to provide the app's features to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time.
IRONLOG is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do our best to keep the app reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may occasionally need to perform maintenance, fix bugs, or make changes that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IRONLOG and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to injury resulting from exercises, calculations, or recommendations shown in the app. Your use of IRONLOG, and any physical activity you undertake based on information from it, is entirely at your own risk.
You may stop using IRONLOG and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security risk to the platform or other users.
We may add, change, or remove features of IRONLOG at any time as it continues to develop. We'll try to avoid removing features you rely on without notice, but we can't guarantee every feature will remain available indefinitely.
